The Eula-Russell Washington Academic Scholarship

The student must be a senior in high school with a 3.4 or higher GPA. The student must be in good academic and moral standing with the school. The senior must plan to attend college or a technical school the semester following his or her high school graduation. Applications are due to The Washington Legacy by April 1, 2018.
