9th grade Student of the Month: Reagan Young

Freshman Reagan Young was selected as 9th grade student of the month at Chelsea High School for the month of September. Student of the Month is a designation that is picked in each grade. After being selected student of the month, Reagan was interviewed by the Buzz. Here are some of the questions asked and her responses. 

Q: How do you get selected for student of the month?

A: “I don’t really know the exact things you have to do but I think it mostly consist of just being here everyday and on time, doing your work, and having a great attitude.”

Q: How did you feel when you were selected?

A: “Really good and it was a blessing to be chosen for it”

Q: How did you find out you were chosen?

A: “Mrs. Newman told me during 5th period”

Q: Are there any advantages to this?

A: “Whenever we first found out we got to go in the office and eat pizza and just chat with the other people”

Q: Do you have to keep doing certain things to remain student of the month?

A: “Mostly just do the things you were doing that got you chosen”
