The Chelsea High School cross country teams competed at the state finals Saturday, November 9, with both the boys and girls teams posting strong finishes to their seasons.

The boys’ team finished in 11th place at the meet, the best finish in school history. The girls’ team placed 12th.

Senior Teanna Cason especially stood out. She finished seventh individually in the girls’ race.

The meet took place at the Oakville Indian Mounds Park.
