The Linly Heflin Scholarship Committee receives applications in the fall each year from Alabama women seeking help with their undergraduate degree at 4-year accredited Alabama colleges and universities. Scholarships award $6,000 per year for four years or until graduation, whichever comes first, and high school seniors through college juniors may apply.

Applicants must have significant economic need, sound academic records, ACT scores of at least 23, and be Alabama residents and U.S citizens.
