The Book Blog: The Night Circus
October 27, 2018
It’s a circus. A circus that only opens at night. There are no signs pronouncing it, no harald to bring attention to the news. One day, it’s not there, a blank section of town. The next, it’s there, a giant circus that would have taken months for normal people to set up.
But is it inhabited by normal citizens? Are they really all that they seem, or are they masqueraders?
The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. In my opinion, this book was overall not very well thought out. The beginning started out awesome, with secrets and mysteries probing us to move forward. But, as the novel progressed, unneeded characters were added, and many plots were put into place, and never solved.
This novel may have not been good to me, but it may be good to you. If you are curious after reading this blog, please go to the library and check it out.
