The Linly Heflin organization awards a $5,000 scholarship per undergraduate semester to be used for a maximum of 8 semesters to a young woman who is a U.S. Citizen and resident of the state of Alabama with documented financial need. The applicant must attend or plan to attend a four-year Alabama college or university. She must have a minimum ACT of 23 (may be superscored) and a minimum GPA of 3.2.
