The Dream Opportunity Scholarship is for undocumented students who live in states where they have no access to college.
Applicants must be undocumented and came to the U.S before November 1, 2019 before the age of 16. They must have a significant unmet financial need and a 2.5 or higher GPA. Applicants must intend to relocate and live on campus and enroll in a full-time bachelor’s degree program.
