Apply for the Youth Leadership Development Program!
What is YLDP?
The Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP) provides a leadership development program for juniors and seniors. YLDP is a nine-month program (September – May) that meets monthly from 4:30pm – 7:30pm. Each meeting will feature a special guest speaker and a lesson focusing on their three pillars – faith, character, and/or patriotism. Additionally, you will participate in monthly service projects. YLDP also encourages you to be informed about different colleges by conducting College Fairs and helping arrange campus visits with their College Partners. By participating in YLDP events, you will earn points, which can qualify you for college scholarships.
How to Apply?
All students interested in YLDP need to submit a resume and the attached 2-page application to Mrs. Miller in the counseling office by 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 31. Hard copies of the application are also available in the counseling office.
