The Equal Justice Initiative will award prizes totaling $5,000 to winning participants of the 2019 Racial Justice Essay Contest. It is open to students 9-12 in Alabaster, Pelham, and Shelby County Schools.
Attached are the documents needed to apply and the information sheet with detailed explanations about the contest.
Essays along with the entry form must be submitted by Friday, Janaury 10, 2020 via email to Gabrielle Daniels ([email protected]).
