Dear Chelsea Family,

     This afternoon we were made aware of rumors on social media of a potentially troubling situation at Chelsea High School.  In coordination with the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office, we started an investigation.  We believe the threat is unfounded and there is no threat to the safety of our school.  We will continue to work with the Sheriff’s Office and the Shelby County School District to maintain the safety of our students, staff, and community.
